Unable to connect management report/Financial reporting in D365 FO

If it's a tier2 environment install the component in LCS from add-in  "Financial reporting"

Open D365 FO URL in Microsoft edge and navigate to "General ledger->Inquiries and reports->Financial reports"

select any report click on Edit

->Kindly check which role is applied for role

->Few basic setups we need to check in financial reporting setup

General ledger->Ledger setup->Financial reporting setup
